Over the past several years, Elysium's dancers have blossomed and continue to grow their skills and technique. To continue on this trajectory, in 2017 Elysium formed a competition team and are hard at work preparing for the Heart of America Belly Dance competition which takes place this coming August in Overland Park, Kansas. Participating in competitions gives dancers a great platform for exhibition and networking, and provides a unique opportunity to receive critique from world-renown dancers. 

So far, we've raised 80% of the funds we need to get us to competition and now we're in the home stretch! All funds raised will go towards costuming, entry fees, workshops, and travel expenses. Anyone who donates will be entered into a draw for their choice of 3 months of free group classes, or a performance at your next special event.
