Susan Heiden Nelsen is a 1992 grad of BHS. She and her husband Mike Nelsen have 4 beautiful daughters who are in middle school and elementary school in Eagan. In 2010, when Susan was pregnant with Liliane, Susan was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer. She has been attacking this cancer though chemo and radiation and numerous surgeries since her diagnosis. During this time she has openly shared her journey through her friends and her posts on FaceBook and Caring Bridge. On Oct 13, she was told that there is no further treatment for her tumors and began hospice care.  Susan's Husband has been the primary Caregiver for Susan.  We are trying to raise money for her family Husband Mike and Daughters Genevieve (13), Vivienne (11), Amelie (9), and Liliane (7) as Susan's Husband as been the caregiver that last few months.  Pulling together for a family in need that could use our help.  Thanks in advance.
