Efficient

When you burn or smoke your herbs, they do not last long, and many yucky chemicals are produced as they burn. When the same materials are used in theVapCap they last much longer and there are no combustion byproducts. You and everyone around you will breath easier.

Effective

Many current vaporizers tend to waste. They may not do a good job of vaporizing your material to the right temperature, and some even leak the vapor out while they are heating up or on stand by. The VapCap is designed to minimize leakage when not in use and allows the user to fine tune the vaporization temperature quickly and easily.

Fast

The VapCap is one of the fastest dry herb vaporizers available. With a warmup time from a cold start as little 3-4 seconds and reheat times around 2-3 seconds, there isn't much waiting.

What Makes Our Vaporizer Different?

Size & Weight- At only 3 and a half inches long, and 1/4 ounce or 7-9 grams, the VapCap and PyroVap will be the smallest, simplest and most efficient vaporizers on the market.

Green and Easily Recyclable- Our vaporizers do not have any electronic components, batteries or heavy metals. They are made from non-toxic and easily recyclable materials, this also includes the packaging.

Discrete- Our VAPS are small enough to easily fit into a pocket. The reusable packaging functions as an airtight carrying case. There is not enough metal in either device to be problematic with metal detectors. Best of all, there is very little odor or cloud produced (except when e-fluid is used in the PyroVap.)

Easy to use

Both the PyroVap and the VapCap are very easy to use. They easily adapt to almost any heat source (although torch lighters work the fastest) and let you know when they are at the correct temperature. They don't have a fancy digital control, just a human operator and telltale Click.

Heat Source - Our Vaps separate the heat source and control from the device. Almost any heat source producing temperatures approximately 500 Degrees Fahrenheit (260 C) or higher will activate the Vap. Activation is indicated by a clicking sound.

Easy to clean

Both the PyroVap and the VapCap are very easy to clean. All parts are dishwasher safe. Don't try that with any other vaporizer. They can be cleaned with virtually any cleaning solution you would use for smoking devices. The carrying case also functions as an individual dishwasher... just remove the cap and add your preferred cleaning solution...then soak and gently shake to clean.

Cost

The finished product will cost about the same as a few packs of cigarettes in most states (around $30) and will be manufactured entirely in the USA. The VapCap orPyroVap will use almost no unnecessary packaging as the tube it comes in is also a nifty reusable storage case.

Our biggest challenge is getting the word out and simply letting people know about this simple alternative to all of the battery powered stuff out there. This isn't to say our Vaps are way better, they are just way different. Smaller, simpler and less expensive.

1. Does the VapCap or PyroVap need fuel?

• No. The VapCap and PyroVap use heat from a heat source provided by the user. That heat source however may need fuel.

2. How long is the warranty?

• Forever, for everyone who supports us on this campaign

3. How long does it take to warm up the VapCap or PyroVap?

• Warmup times vary from 3-7 seconds depending on the heat source. Cold or windy conditions may extend the time depending on the heat source.

4. How do you refill the PyroVap?

• The mouthpiece covers the fill port. Just twist and pull to uncover the port.

5. What are the VapCap and PyroVap made from?

• The VapCap and PyroVap are constructed from Silicone, Stainless Steel and Lab Grade High Temperature Borosilicate Glass.

6. How long does it stay hot?

• The VapCap and PyroVap will produce vapor for 20-40 seconds during each heating cycle. After the cool down click is heard, the cap may remain hot to the touch for up to 2 minutes. The VapCap or PyroVap can safely be stored in the carrying case after the cool down click is heard.

7. What does ExoThermo vaporizer mean?

• ExoThermo means heat from the outside. Since our Vaps use any heat source applied to the outside, we call them ExoThermo vaporizers.
