Thieves Suck

My name is Brian Griffith and I make digital art, websites and music. While performing on July 6th, 2014 a hooligan snuck into the instruments' holding area and stole a bag containing: most of my 1/4" cables, power adapters, handheld recorder and 3 month old Macbook Pro laptop computer. 

If the sting of having your goods stolen wasn't bad enough, my computer wasn't yet paid off— not even close, actually. Coupled with having my tax information, while in a few folders, still easily accesible, this turned into Identity Theft. 

This money is going to help recoup the loss of my equipment, which officially is $3,160 and will mostly go into paying off my computer. As a young adult in a creative field that is highly digital in nature, having to exist without one cripples my productivity and puts a halt on: music recording, animated GIF making, photo editing, website building, app creation and promotion of various events— that is, my work and livelihood.

I make pretty neat stuff and would love to continue to do so.
