But in 1953, the CIA decided they wanted Brain Warfare and CIA Project MKUltra Mind Control technology. They developed mind control technologies like RHIC-EDOM that can remotely hypnotize and/or disable brains (operational way back in 1963), mind reading [or RNM, or remote neural monitoring] technology (including the Malech 1974/1976 patent), and Silent Sound Spread Spectrum cloning the emotions technology (patented in 1989/1992) that can remotely manipulate/control emotions, and a whole lot more CIA MKUltraish remote wireless mind control technology and mind reading technology (or neuroweapon/DEW directed energy weapon/RNM technology). Then they zapped people with it, creating small real-life borg networks and a lot of imposed on and unhappy mind control technology and mind reading technology victims.
