STORY
As many of you already know, Venezuela has been in economic crisis for a long time. That crisis made me and millions of people leave the country during all these years, and those who stayed there are always struggling hard every day to bring food and money home.
Arnaldo Rangel (my father-in-law) is an incredible person. Sensitive and unconditionally helpful to his family. He is also an incredible father of two (my wife included), and unlike many lucky ones who have extended family generating money outside the country, he has only me and my wife helping them, and this time is no exception.
A few days ago he was diagnosed with COVID-19 which has led him to stay in bed, and being the main breadwinner, it has been very difficult for him to keep going.
NEEDS
As you all know, in third world countries health care is usually quite expensive, and Venezuela, as a consequence of its current crisis, has no support for Covid-19 patients, and they have to find a way to survive and cope with the high costs of the disease. We have already sent funds for a few days of treatment, but we hope to send him more help to be able to cover the high costs of the treatments for the next days/weeks.
