Two weeks ago, my baby girl Elly started to lose weight, and have regular nose bleeding. On the 5th of this month, she had a 40 °C and was crying from pain.

She told me to hold her hand in the hospital, and my heart was beating faster every time she squeezes my hand. I was scared and suspicious, waiting for the tests. It’s the worst feeling any mother can experience.

First, I thought she was affected by the coronavirus.

But after the analysis, she was diagnosed with Leukemia (Blood Cancer). When I heard that, I couldn’t breathe, or talk, then I blacked out. She is everything I have in this life. I get anxious and scared every time she gets a tiny scare, but that broke my heart.

I didn’t expect that and what hurts me more is that she has to go through all this when only she is five years old. No kid should endure painful treatments.

My life doesn’t matter if she can be happy. I’ll sacrifice anything because she’s someone I can’t afford to see crying or in pain.

After further tests, they found that her spleen is damaged and that she needs immediate surgery, but I couldn't afford the cost, I'm so desperate.

I’ll do anything so she can have a happy life, so I stopped working to take care of her, I can't leave her home alone in this state.

She is crying every night sometimes screaming from the pain, My heart can't take it, how would you feel if your daughter or someone you love is dying and you can't do anything?

Please help her, I'm begging you.

Update : (For people asking about the surgery)

My daughter needs to remove her spleen as fast as possible because leukemia is affecting her blood cells, which means her immune system.

Making it more likely to develop infections, especially dangerous ones such as Streptococcus pneumonia.

So there are high chances that she will get a deadly infection if we don't cover the cost of the surgery as fast as possible. It's like every moment that pass could affect my daughter's future and life. 

PS: We will start cancer treatments after the surgery.

The costs of diagnosis amounted to $3,167. Remission-induction treatments cost  $46,387 and harvest of bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cells costs $6,491. The cost of the transplantation  $44,087. Costs of follow-up amounted to $4,167. Relapse treatment, mainly consisting of reinduction therapy, costs on average $24,338.
