My name is Ethan. Again im a 23 almost 24 yo Transgender male.  

I am currently 10 months on HRT( hormone replacement therapy) bascially me taking testosterone.  

Growing up i struggled alot with my identity. And now that im tranaitioning im the happiest ive ever been tho  this journey of mine is still not finnished  

Ive been out since 2015. And have been binding my chest  just as long. As its now 2018  binding everyday 8+ hrs a day to elviate body dysphoria. Has taken a huge tole on ny back, posture  and ribs.   So my need for top surgery  for lack if better exsplination has significantly increased over the years i mean ive always wanted top surgery.  But now its to a point where if i dont get it  someday soon   i could hurt myself further and with a c-cup or so chest binding is my only safe option to hide my chest. 

I wouldnt ever ask for help if i didnt need it im not the guy who ejoys asking for things  because  honestly  thats not me. 

But im at a point where funds are impossible insurance doesnt cover it. And if it did my choice in surgeons doesnt take insurance. 

This surgery would change my whole life it would mean the world to me to beable to move forward painfree living my life  happy. But i do need help and i hope you will take the time out of your day to do so.
