My name is Annalou , in behalf of the patient   Junel S. Bangaysiso,15 years old who has a devastating desease called Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor. His parents occupation are both subsistence farmer. He was born on October 24, 2001. He used to be a happy and energetic boy until on May 2016 he suddenly started to decline. They took them to the hospital to do a physical examination but the doctor send them home for under observation. Until recently Junel's condition got worst and and his body got weaker and weaker. His sickness has lead to dramatic weight lose and bulging of eye. He now needs to undergo a chemo therapy but sad to say the family doesn't have the money. The doctor already scheduled for a chemo this coming April 11, 2017. We never lose hope throughout all this time. The situation is desperate that's why we are asking for your help. Any help will do. Please help us save Junel.
