BE THE VOICE FOR JUSTICE
Voices of Justice must prevail in order to gain attention to the corruption that is violating the Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom of the People.
The attention on Bobbi Darnell’s case will only intensify as it moves further down the corridors of the judicial system. This case has become a lightning rod of controversy that is escalating in Indian Country everywhere, political tribal corruption and political retribution. This unjust conviction for crimes that she did not commit.
(Bobbi Darnell was tried, convicted and will be sentenced on March 27, 2017 by the Kickapoo Nation Court. Many issues of judicial impropriety, a jury was picked with blatant efforts to eliminate impartial tribal members from the panel. She was elected and served over 22 years on the Kickapoo Tribal Council. She is a strong woman who has been singled out with two others, as the current tribal council has continued to retaliate with political retribution. She was not re-elected in 2014 due to political retaliation for speaking the truth. She knows all too well the toxic effects of political retaliation. Whistleblowers are to be protected, but this does not occur in Indian Country. As many of you know, Bobbi has done a tremendous job in protecting the tribe’s assets and she has always applied and received funding for the tribe to enhance and strengthen the community. This ordeal has caused a tremendous amount of support for her to fight for the injustice of political retaliation. While there is no doubt in her lawyer’s mind that his client is innocent, what he is concerned about is not only to show one woman’s innocence of the charges against her, but in all details, the nature of a juridical event. Legal injustice was visible and she was not given her fair due process. She was not given equal protection of the laws and freedom from deprivation of liberty or property without due process of law.)
There has been no legitimately fair proceeding to adjudicate her. Her trial was a travesty, a besmirchment, and a stain on Native American justice. She deserves a new trial. A genuine fair trial where ALL of the evidence is presented AND tested, what substance is there to a proclamation of innocence.
This trial was unfair. Bobbi’s heartfelt allegiance to social justice, genuine human connection and fundamental morality that calls attention to something more intriguing in the proclamation of innocence. Bobbi is a strong woman, mother and wife, intact, evolved, and a flourishing soul living in a place that human beings have constructed to starve and ultimately destroy the soul. She is a voice for the social justice against political retribution and political tribal corruption. Therefore, forces us to stop the power of treating those unfairly and to stop the abuse of hurting our own people with political retribution through legal ramifications that are not true. Her indestructible soul, represents the dark side of fighting political retribution. Social fairness for those who look to her as a symbol in the struggle for political and social justice.
Does outrageous blatant lies and charges muffle this voice for social justice? She is the voice for JUSTICE, and requires that evidence not be admitted when it is obtained through illegal methods or political bias.
