Klara is playing for Team USA in the World Floorball Championships!
The WFC are in Singapore this year from December 2nd-10th. Klara is raising money to finance her trip. Please support Klara and Team USA!

Cost for her trip is expected to be $2900 (32,000 kr). Floorball is a relatively small sport in the USA and financial support is limited. Klara is working on different activities to raise money for the cost of the trip. Her goal is to raise about half of what she needs using this campaign. All contributions here go to Klara's expenses.
What is Floorball?
For those in the USA who aren't familiar with the sport, floorball is very popular in Europe and especially Scandinavia. A bit like hockey, but without the ice. A video of Team USA from the 2021 Floorball Championships is shown below:

Proud to represent the USA
This spring, Klara found out that Team USA would be competing in the
WFC and that there would be a camp during the summer for American
citizens living in Europe. She attended the camp and was offered a
spot on the team!
Klara has grown up mostly in Sweden, but has spent quite a bit
of time in the US. She lived in Washington DC from 2013-15 (Shout out
to John Eaton Elementary in Clevelenad Park!). She has also spent a
lot of time in Washington state, where her dad Tracey grew up. (Shout
out to Shelton and Dryden!) She is proud to have the chance to
represent the USA in the sport she loves!
Floorball has always been Klara's favorite sport. She practices
her stick work in the hallway every night. Klara trained daily all
summer: lifting weights, sprinting, jumping and practicing her
floorball skills. And now she has been given an amazing opportunity
to play for Team USA on the sport's biggest stage.
