PLEASE HELP SAVE BABY EZRA who was taken away from his mother!

This man is not allowed to own a dog or animal but he lied and got the court to give him temporary custody of a child!

Two years ago, my best friend Kelia gave birth to her little miracle baby boy, Ezra. At the time she was in a relationship with CS though soon she realized he was a very disturbed individual. He has physically and emotionally abused her. Causing such severe physical damage that she had to have facial reconstructive surgery by a plastic surgeon, thus almost became blind in one of her eyes.  He has even gone as far as beating her stomach multiple times while she was pregnant with Ezra.   On top of all the abuse to Kelia, he also has served time in prison for severe cruelty and torture to his own pet Dog.  There are multiple reports on many TV News Stations about his crimes.  Kelia has been living in constant fear because of his violence and threats. Though CS has been arrested multiple times, he seems to always get off the hook because his family has a lot of money and apparently some sort of influence. They have continually bailed him out of jail multiple times as well as cover for him and the heinous things he has done.  CS is a compulsive liar, a con artist and on many occasions has even bragged about how good he is at manipulating people and the system. He once tried to convince me that he did not hurt or beat on her as well as also tried to pin the fault on some random African American. However, as you can see above, it was all over the news that he pulled his knowingly pregnant girlfriend out of a car and physically abused her as well as threatened to kill her in public.  I believe CS is a very violent and unstable person. On Thanksgiving of 2022 CS, Kelia and Ezra went to visit CS's family in Athens Ohio, and yet another altercation occurred.  She was trying to protect Ezra and escape CS's abuse and got into a car accident. However, Kelia was taken to jail, and she was charged with disorderly conduct because she was begging the officer (CS’s friend) not to give CS her son because of his dangerous and violent behavior.  A few days later back in Asheville, CS got violent again and pushed Kelia down onto the concrete in the garage while she was holding Ezra. He then took her breastfed baby and left the state of NC (Without any legal permission) and went back to his home in Ohio.  Kelia went to court and got an ex parte (emergency custody order) from a judge to go get her baby back.  She also obtained a restraining order against CS. Kelia, Her father and her Brother traveled to Ohio to pick up Ezra from the Sheriff’s station and brought him back to his home in NC. However, a few days later, somehow CS got a Judge to overrule the emergency custody order & restraining order and CS was allowed to go back to NC and take her baby AGAIN back to Ohio.  The NC Police actually and literally removed Ezra as he was breast feeding off his mother. As all this was happening, Ezra was crying hysterically for his mother as the Officers took Ezra and handed him over to CS. A few days later my friend, devastated and distraught, went to court where somehow, they gave CS temporary custody. While she was emotional and bewildered, they forced her to unknowingly sign papers by threatening that she would not be allowed to visit Ezra unless she signed the papers. Immediately after the hearing was over, CS had to turn himself in to the jail/detention center in Asheville, NC because there was a warrant for his arrest.  He was charged with Domestic Violence for assaulting Kelia and baby Ezra.  The next day CS's father bailed him out of jail.  

A couple days later Kelia went to another attorney for a consultation.  He told her he could NOT help her.  He said: “you’ve dug your own grave. You signed over your baby to this abuser”.

• CS WENT TO PRISON FOR ABUSING AND TORUTURING A DOG AND IS STILL ON PROBATION IN SOUTH CAROLINA

• CS WAS CHARGED IN NC FOR ABUSING HER WHILE HOLDING EZRA AND HURTING EZRA IN THE PROCESS
• CS  TURNED HIMSELF IN AFTER THE CUSTODY HEARING FOR ASSAULTING KELIA AND BABY EZRA
• EZRA IS A BREASTFED BABY AND WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM HIS MOTHER WITHOUT BEING PROPERLY WEANED.
• BABY EZRA WAS BORN IN THE STATE OF THE HEARING (North Carolina)
• CS IS NOT EVEN ON EZRA’S BIRTH CERITIFICATE
• A NORTH CAROLINA JUDGE GIVES THIS ABUSIVE MAN TEMPORARY CUSTODY AFTER HE WAS RELEASED FROM JAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR ASSAULT CHARGES ON THE MOTHER WHILE SHE WAS HOLDING BABY EZRA AND INJURING THEM BOTH. 
• MY FRIEND GETS VISITATION RIGHTS EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. WHERE SHE HAS TO MEET HALFWAY BETWEEN NORTH CAROLINA AND OHIO. THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE GETS 2 - 1 HOUR SESSIONS ON THE PHONE WITH EZRA PER WEEK.

Kelia is the sweetest person I have ever known. and now this sweet little baby is going through the pain of not properly being with his mother.… a breast-fed baby who has not been able to even be weaned properly. CS is also an addict to pills. Kelia has gone over and beyond to make sure Ezra communicated with CS over the phone and she has traveled to Ohio many times so his family could see baby Ezra. I have seen her hold the phone so many times for video calls so that CS could talk to Ezra. Kelia has been so kind to CS and his whole family despite his constant overlooked abuse. There is a possibility he has lied to his family about abusing Kelia. I just cannot understand how anyone could be so cruel, not just to my friend but to this sweet child. I have watched Kelia with Ezra, and she is an amazing mom. 

CS has barely seen Ezra but because of CS's father’s, money (who ironically did this to his x wife as well and took CS from his mother at the same age) gets temporary custody. CS's father also refused to meet Ezra until a few months back however, now he is funding and “calling the shots” to where the baby lives and is trying to take Kelia's rights away to her own child. I have a feeling they were planning this all along.

 I have joined the Facebook groups and I have seen story after story of mothers who have had their kids taken from them. They are horrible, unfathomable stories that many times are based on money. … it’s sickening. no regard for mothers or children sometimes it’s all about the money. 

SO, IM BEGGING, PLEADING FOR HELP!!! HELP TO END THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL. TO GET HER BABY BACK AND THAT  TRUTH WILL PREVAIL AND THAT SHE IS SHOWN JUSTICE FROM ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED TO HER FROM THE BEGINNING.   TIMELINE

2019 Kelia meets CS. CS is former military. CS is charged with severely abusing his own dog and sentenced to prison. Kelia gets pregnant. CS is charged with abusing Kelia while pregnant, as well as numerous times before and after pregnancy.

2020 CS moved to Ohio. Kelia moved to North Carolina to be closer to her family.

2020 Kelia gives birth to baby Ezra in December.

2021Kelia does all she can despite CS’s previous abuse to make life as peaceful as possible for Ezra. Kelia is doing well and is happy and takes care of Ezra and is a great mother.

2022 CS has shown suspicious behavior as if under the influence of some type of drug(s). Kelia finds out from CS’s phone on one of his visits to North Carolina from Ohio that CS is involved in using and possibly distributing some type of drugs.

2022 Thanksgiving CS insisted on Kelia going to Ohio to see his family with baby Ezra. She went so that CS’s family could see Ezra. CS began to threaten and verbally attack Kelia while holding Ezra. Kelia - fearful of what happened before and not wanting Ezra to see his mother get abused she got in her car and drove away. However, she got into an accident and arrested when CS showed up with a local cop that he knows very well. Kelia was charged with disorderly conduct only because she was pleading with the officer not to give her baby to CS because of his dangerous behavior.  

2022 11/28 Kelia was at home with her neighbor. CS pushed Kelia and Ezra to the concrete, injuring her and the baby. 

2022 11/29 CS illegally takes Ezra and all of Ezra’s belongings and illegally fled to Ohio. 

2022 12/3 Kelia went to court and got an emergency custody order and a restraining order on CS. Kelia and her father drove to Ohio and picked up Ezra. 

2022 12/5 Only two days later the police showed up at Keila’s door with a warrant to get Ezra and take him back to Ohio, overriding the NC judge’s order.

2022 12/13 CS and Kelia go to court with CS’s father and his Lawyer. CS turned himself in for charges relating to abusing Kelia while she was holding Ezra and injuring them both. Kelia lost full custody and has limited visitation. Ezra was sent back with CS’s dad who had refused to even meet Ezra until a few months back. CS was given temporary custody after he was bailed out of jail the following day. Kelia is in fear that something may happen to Ezra while in temporary custody of an abusive man. 

• CS has probation in South Carolina for brutally abusing his own dog
• CS is also on probation for abusing Kelia while pregnant in SC
• CS is still possibly on probation in Ohio for assaulting an officer
• CS turned himself in for abuse charges against Kelia while holding Ezra and injuring them both
• CS has beaten Kelia so bad that she has had to get facial reconstructive surgery by a plastic surgeon.
• CS came late to my home looking for Kelia, covered in blood, drunk, and claiming to be satan
• CS beat Kelia in the stomach while 8 months pregnant and assaulted her
• CS is using and possibly distributing drugs
