30 years ago as a high school student I learned Transcendental Meditation (TM) together with my brother, mother, and 2 grannies. Since then I have learned the advanced techniques of TM, including the TM-Sidhi program, and for almost 20 years I was a member of the international Mother Divine program in Ukraine, Switzerland, and Holland. From 2011 to 2020 within the Mother Divine program I worked with the VedAroma project on a voluntary basis.
Transcendental Meditation has always been the best way for me to connect to my inner self, calm my mind, take deep rest, and refresh myself. Now being back in my home country, Kazakhstan, I find more and more people struggling in life without knowing that there is a way out, a way to feel peace first of all with one’s own self and then with the situations coming up in our lives. So I feel the time has come for me to share this beautiful knowledge with others and help them to find balance and radiate peace.
To teach Transcendental Meditation I need to become a certified TM Teacher by taking TM Teacher Training Course. Due to COVID restrictions TM Teacher Training Courses were not held for several years. But now a Russian-language TM Teacher Training Course is being organized for autumn 2022. Due to the great need for TM Teachers in this part of the world, the fee for the course will be quite low, so it’s a great chance for me to become a teacher of this great Vedic knowledge, which is so needed in the world today.
