from September through the first week of December I was working a contract job with an organization that I will not disclose at this time. In the agreement in my contract I agreed to work for this organization from September through the first week of December at 18 an hour for anything from 5- 15 hours a week.

My first two invoices from this organization were a minimum of four weeks late from the time I sent my invoices, in addition I was gas lit by the person managing me, dismissed, my opinions or concerns were neglected and I was left out of important details concerning my job and the work being done.

I would come home from working this contract job and would have panic attacks and would be irritable and even at one point had a panic attack that resulted in me passing out.

After my latest invoice for 75 hours was sent in I recined payment three weeks later with a letter stating that they were Unsatisfied with the work I'd completed and that they would only be paying me $500... which equaled to 27.5 hours of the work that I had done.

After reviewing my contract I've found that my contractees are in violation of our agreement and alter the Holidays are over I will be reaching out to a lawyer to receive the payment I am owed. However, with this latest invoice already being late and the end of the month approaching I do not have time to be waiting for lawyers to work out my outstanding balance so even though I really shouldn't have to I'm asking for some help.

Anything would be helpful at this point as I have already had to default on my student loan payment for this month and I'm going to just barely be making rent CIH likely make it but I'll be near broke until my next paycheck from my regular job 10 days later and I need things like bus fare and dog food.)

As most of my close friends know I have been taking major strides to improve my mental health but major stressors like these put that off balance and while I'm working very hard- I am not able to emotionally handle this right now but I’m being forced to deal with it regardless
