My name is Anne  .. my son has fought for over 7 years to even have a visit with his daughter. His child support payments were around 560$ monthly which he paid in full to MEP-Alberta. 
The mother of his child did everything in her power to prevent my son from being allowed to be a father to their child.

My son was accussed falsly 3 times of sexually assaulting his beautiful daughter. He has been arrested on other allegations one of them costing 5000 in legal to bail him out and prove the allegations false.  For the record my son has never been convicted of a crime.

As of this year he was awarded custody.

We just received a new legal bill and if his account is not paid in full or arrangements made his lawyer will have no option but to leave my son as counsil. Jennifer is an incredible lawyer, without her none of this would have been possible.

What is very sad,  my sons ex was court ordered to get counselling for the child and assessments and she moved and did as she pleased. Never complying with court orders, including one that banned her from posting negative coments on social media, which she did anyways with no consequence. 

My Granddaughter is finally living a normal life and allowed to be a little girl. Her future looks great and she is excelling at home and school compared to where she was.
