my name is Lisa Mackey wife of veteran musher Jason mackey,

Jason comes from a family of Iditarod champions (DAD) Dick Mackey 1978

champion,(Brother) Rick Mackey 1983 champion(Brother) Lance Mackey  2007,2008,2009,2010 champion,all wearing bib # 13 and all on there 6th attempt 

Jason has put his heart and soul in this sport and his love for his dogs and the Iditarod is more epic than anything I have seen in my life.Jason and I have been married March 4th 2016 will be 25 years .I am truly inspired by Jason love and devotion and hard work in training this team for the 2016 Iditarod.Jason has had financial obstacles in his way trying to get to the 2016 Iditarod even tho Jason gets knocked down he always gets right back up and keeps trying.last years Iditarod Jason's brother lance had issues with his hands and was going to have to pull out and was afraid it was his last Iditarod,Jason being the kind soul and loving and devoted brother threw his race to help get his brother to the finish line.my husband has the team to win and this being his 6th attempt we must get Jason to the 2016 Iditarod but we can't do it with out your help we have until December 1 2015 to sign up Please help support Jason.Thank you Lisa Mackey
