help to start ambulance service
This is a short description, please read, your positive response may help me to serve the people those who are ill.
I started my nursing career in 2005, I have been worked for three major hospitals and now I am working for a mission hospital.
All this seven years many people approached me, those who have someone in their home who need home based medical care. Those who need home based medical care are either paralyzed or affected with serious physical problems and it is a herculean task for their family members to bring them to the hospital for various procedures like wound dressing , care associated to urinary bladder catheterization etc in the absence of adequate transportation facilities and skilled staff .
While working for a hospital I have no permission to visit a patient in his or her home for care giving purpose. Even so I visit such patients after my duty time and give care for them because as a nurse I am conditioned to serve sick and needy people.
And I would like to mention another problem which I have been found in people with low socio economic status.
Usually this people depends primary health care system for the treatment and this centers are not equipped so emergency cases has to refer to the major hospital to get proper treatment. They get free treatment from the hospitals, but the fact is that majority of them have no financial back ground to hire an ambulance.
I decided to start an ambulance service ( caring wheels ) in my locality to help the people from above mentioned groups and for the same I am planning to purchase an ambulance I have to spent about 10000$ to purchase the ambulance and arrange the basic needs.
I am planning to use this ambulance in the morning for visit homes and give care for the needy ones , after that for shifting patients from rural hospitals to major hospitals at free of cost.
But my financial background is not sound to start this service. So I am asking help from people those who are interested in helping others.
