Hello, and thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraiser.
My name is Blake Qualls. If you know me, you likely know me by my legal name: Blake N. Estep.
For the last six years, I have struggled to maintain employment due to no fault of my own. I have been the target of defamation, harassment, invasion of privacy, fraud, physical intimidation, medical malpractice, and physical injury due to willful negligence and/or intentional bodily harm. This has caused me immense physical, mental, and emotional suffering. It has also cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in material damages and lost income, including creating barriers to work and housing that have again left me unemployed and in danger of homelessness.
Donations will help provide me with housing, food, healthcare, and other necessities while I address a number of legal matters. My main concern is stable housing while I secure employment. I am able to sustain myself with very little, and even small donations and sharing my FundRazr page will help. I sincerely appreciate any donation, which will help me overcome the criminal acts committed against me that prevent me from living my life.
Due to faulty statute of limitation laws and other barriers to legal representation in the United States, I have had great difficulty in seeking justice. I am still determined to continue my legal fight, and there is still time to act against those who wish to see me suffer.
I have already suffered enough in life. I have been abused and neglected since childhood, and spent much of my youth depressed because of this. A severe car wreck in 2018 left me with PTSD and damage to my eye that is possibly getting worse. Poverty and ongoing insurance fraud make it unrealistic for me to seek medical care at this time. In 2019, a THC product I legally purchased in Michigan poisoned me and sent me to the hospital twice – only to be covered up as a mental health crisis both times. This resulted in medical abuse, patient right violations, fraudulent insurance bills, incorrect prescriptions, and over four years of severe health issues. While I have mostly healed after quitting the drugs I was prescribed, issues like memory problems still persist.
This medical abuse also caused severe damage to my career and my ability to be employed, made worse by the COVID-19 pandemic. Further barriers to employment were likely caused by my involvement in community organizing and activism. I experienced workplace violence in 2022 and generally struggled to maintain any employment afterwards until 2025.
In 2023, my brother, Greyson, allegedly took his own life (although I am personally skeptical of this account, but still traumatized by his disappearance and/or death). I spent much of 2024 dealing with severe withdrawal from quitting the drugs I was wrongfully prescribed, all with little to no support from many people who called themselves family, friends, and medical professionals.
I did receive support from some family and friends, and because of this I escaped the abuse in 2025. I still spent most of that year in hotels and homeless, living at Atlanta Mission Shepherd’s Inn Men’s Shelter for two months and even spending some nights on the streets of Atlanta.
I have been through a lot of pain in my life. Despite this, I have overcome these setbacks time and again.
Yet a number of individuals seem to believe this suffering has not been enough. They have subjected me to an ongoing harassment and defamation campaign that largely barred me from employment, forced me to resign from jobs, harmed my relationships, defamed my character and reputation, and caused me immense emotional and mental suffering. Their actions directly contributed to my unemployment, homelessness, and financial ruin.
The worst part of this is that some of these people are former friends of mine, and potentially relatives as well. Some almost certainly work in law enforcement, the armed forces, and the government.
Most recently, this harassment made me resign as a barista at Dancing Goats Coffee of Decatur, Georgia. Not only did this job allow me to overcome homelessness in just two months, I was treated like a human being by management – something I have rarely received in jobs I worked in the past. I was treated as a friend by my manager and shift leads, enjoyed learning the skills to make espresso drinks, worked alongside a number of amazing coworkers, and served many wonderful customers.
Yet when those who harassed me for years found me, they took my favorite job from me like so many other things. Losing years of my life to medical abuse, suffering from PTSD, and watching my family fall apart wasn’t enough for them, and now I am once again unemployed and facing homelessness for a second time.
I am being impersonated online with media that was fabricated using AI, taken without my consent, and/or stolen then shared without my consent to defame my name and reputation. I was defrauded out of hundreds of dollars while I was at my most vulnerable in 2023, still grieving the loss of my brother and drugged with prescriptions I didn't need. For years, I received countless harassing phone calls and texts each day despite my efforts to get them to stop, many of which were political in nature. The responsible individuals appear to have also illegally accessed my financial accounts, medical records (many of which were illegally altered), and social media accounts with intent to defame.
Due to this harassment and defamation, I am again faced with the task of finding employment when I have been consistently rejected by employers due to this situation. It is no exaggeration that I submitted hundreds of applications, potentially thousands, in the past two years alone and only ever secured a handful of interviews. It is unlikely that I will find suitable employment before I am homeless again. While I plan to sell the art and writing I have created over the past few years, as well as file lawsuits and seek criminal charges against those who have deprived me of the life I deserve, I am uncertain when these will provide me with income to support myself.
I am in dire need of financial assistance, be it donations to this fundraiser, temporary housing, legal assistance, and/or offers of employment where I will not face daily harassment.
I have fought for justice and my own well-being for years. I am growing exhausted from trying time and again to make a humble living for myself, only to watch everything I earned be taken away by the people responsible for my suffering, their wrongs against me made nearly impossible to resolve because of our country’s increasingly corrupt judicial system.
I earnestly and humbly ask anyone who read to the end of this, knowing what I have endured and continue to overcome: please help in any way you can.
May there be justice and a righteous outcome in the struggles I face, as well as for the many others in this country who face a similar fight and for whom justice has also been deferred.
In Peace,
Blake Qualls
(aka Blake N. Estep)
