Z. is a terrific mother and a medical doctor. Her children are beloved and cherished by her and are the center of her life. Her own elderly mother--the children's grandmother--is jealous of her, and has colluded with Z.'s financially greedy ex-husband against Z. Her mother and ex have caused Z. to lose many of her parental rights for no good reason. They have been motivated by the desire for control of the children, or the hope of receiving child support payments from Z.'s salary.
Using unbelievable, unbearable, crushing threats and duress, Z.'s own mother coerced her into falsely stipulating to danger, resulting in diminished contact with her children. Furthermore, her former attorney and her mother bullied Z. into needlessly signing over her sole parenting rights to her greedy ex-husband, who wanted ti gain financially from child support payments. Scared into giving up her rights in order to protect her children, Z. will forever regret caving in to her former attorney and mother and giving up her parental rights as the two screamed at her and threatened her one afternoon.
Her children have suffered ongoing grief during long periods of time in which they have been separated from their mother by legal maneuvers on the part of their father, such as continuances. Although she is now without rights to intervene in their health care, Z. wants to protect their health. The children both have major medical needs that their father has neglected. Her son used a supplemental stomach feeding tube to help him absorb nutrients and grow, due to a medical problem from premature birth. While separated from Z., his tube was removed wrongfully, against the treating doctors' plans and against court orders. The boy has failed to thrive and has grown minimally due the tube removal. Additionally, both children have eye conditions that need to be treated by an eye surgeon. Their father has failed to provide even the necessary follow-up care, risking terrible future vision loss for both children.
Z. mother has become financially destitute in this long legal struggle. She is a now nonworking physician who developed health problems such as controlled seizures, diagnosed late in life. Her adorable daughter is huddled between the adults, trying to survive until her mother can permanently rescue her, and her daughter clings protectively to her brother. Both children are now emotionally fragile and physically and medically severely neglected and are feeling hopeless. It does not have to be like this and it should not be like this. Their mother is now quietly and diligently fighting to break ties to others including her own family members, who are toxic or uncaring about her cherished children. She is struggling for financial survival and is determined to never abandon them, and to be there, whatever it takes, no matter what. Never has she ever harmed them or hurt them and she is a safe intelligent normal woman. She is fighting to return to work to support and this long struggle to regain full protective caring control of her children. It is not a hopeless situation. It is a complicated one with the problems they have, her ex-husband and his family, that worsen everything.
Appallingly her ex-husband has been incentivized to attack repeatedly legally and to cut the children off from her, to deliberately damage all of them, like its a game. He is supported financially and backed psychologically by her own parents, who are now indifferent to the suffering, all because of their prior past fears that they would not see the children . By her ex-husband deliberately misrepresenting background information to the doctors, to family, to the court, to the school, and denial by other family, the children and their mother have become isolated and unseen.
The sadness cannot be more present but is lessening in tiny bits as she holds onto them and does not give up. Please help to save these children from ruined lonely lives and despair. They need their mother and they need safety. Their father has historically been documented as violent and sneaky.
Z.'s children have practically become hostages, held for years under their father's vicious, neglectful control. He has shown no interest in the children's well-being and happiness. Z. is an excellent mother who is trying to shield her children and guard them from their continual fear of abandonment, medical neglect, and emotional abuse at the hands of their father.
Z. needs to undo the grim legal picture of professional and personal slandering campaign damage done to her by people in her family and by her ex-husband--he has an attorney; she cannot afford one anymore. They went to the Supreme Court years ago with an emergency ruling in her favor. She must get her kids back so that she can nurture their health, giving them proper care and a mother's love.
Funds raised will be used to hire lawyers and buy supplies necessary to help Z. regain her parenting rights, restore her children's health, and protect her children's future financial survival. Help these children return to their mother's open arms and love!
