Am Sulemana Mohammed father (Unemployed graduate) and my wife Masahudu Hekima mother (National Service Personnel)live in the Northern Part of Ghana, Tamale.

Sulemana Najibah Napari (Daughter) born on the 15th of November 2016 at West Hospital Tamale and discharged same day. The next day she was showing sign of yellow skin and was sent to the Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH) and was diagnosed with Neonatal sepsis, Birth Asphyxia, and Neonatal Jaundice. She underwent treatment for two weeks before been discharged. On the 20th of February, 2017 she was sent back to the Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH) for Fever and poor feeding. She then underwent treatments and was referred to neurosurgical consult. On examination with senior Doctors, she was found to have Craniosynostosis and microcephaly.

After two years we send her back to the Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH) for therapy as advised by a friend. The reason was, she is unable to walk without support, eat solid food, outer a word, and get up by herself when laying down. So we back to the neurosurgical consult and was diagnosed with Bicorporal Craniosynostosis and we were required to get her to undergo CT scan of the Brain placed. So a few days later we went to Spectra Health Imaging Limited in Kumasi for the CT scan of the brain because in tamale CT scan services were not working.

We were requested to have to blood test for
(i) FBC (ii) BUE & Cr and (iii) Clotting profile before surgery can be done on her head. So we undergo this test for the first week and the result was not satisfying by the Doctor, so we were asked to have the test done for the second week but this time within (TTH). After the test results were out, two of the results was okay by the Doctor and the other result which was for clotting profile wasn't satisfied by the Doctor. And we were asked to do the test for only the clotting profile for the third week and still the results which come out was not what the Doctor expect. Now we have to get the clotting profile test done for the fourth week and was asked to go see the accountant for the billing cost of the surgery. So I went to the accountant office and were told the cost for the surgery was GH ₵ 10,900.00.  

So far I’ve spent almost GH ₵ 3,500 for the test and CT scan and left with GH₵ 500, but I need just a little more to hit my goal of letting little Najibah undergo surgery as soon as possible. So am hoping if I can get aid to add up for the surgery. Below is some few test report from various lap as prep for surgery.
