We sent out an appeal for Dilly a few days ago.  So far no donations.  Dilly needs expensive medical care which may include an operation, lazer treatment and more.  Necrosis has set in making a large open hole between her two front legs.  You can see internal organs and it's very dangerous. The vet's told us more flesh will die leaving large open wounds.   I've been nursing Dilly for nearly a week now taking out large amounts of bloody lymph 3 or 4 times a day, dressing her wounds and keeping her clean.  Now this large hole has appeared I can't continue without expert help.  Our local vet has helped clean and dress the wound but he has no equipment for extensive treatment.  Not even a x-ray machine.  If we are going to save Dilly's life she has to go the the veternerary hospital in Hua Hin early tomorrow (Monday).  We may have to leave her there for several days.  This will cost a lot of money.  Our funds are low and the people who look after Dilly when she arrived in their shop as a tiny street puppy certainly won't be able to afford large vet's bills.  We need your help.
