My name is Abed Jaber. I am a 48-year-old Palestinian citizen of Israel, a husband and a father of three children (14, 11 and 6 years old).
For many years I worked as a salesperson and did my best to provide a stable life for my family. Unfortunately, the ongoing situation in the region has severely affected employment opportunities, and I have been unable to find work.
At the same time, I am struggling with several serious health conditions. I live with bipolar disorder, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, and high cholesterol. These conditions affect me both physically and mentally and have greatly reduced my ability to work and support my family.
Today, my family and I are facing an extremely difficult period. We are doing our best to stay strong, but we need help.
