Hello, my name is Robert Girjabu, I’m 40 years old (turning 41 on December 16), and for over a year my life has been completely turned upside down.

I’ve been struggling every single day with severe symptoms that have made it extremely hard to function normally:

constant dizziness

panic attacks

extreme fatigue

brain fog

headaches

heavy sleepiness

difficulty focusing

tinnitus

a constant pressure inside my head

anxiety and balance issues

Recently, after many investigations, I finally found out what’s causing all this:
I have a large 28mm cyst completely filling my right sphenoid sinus, along with a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates.

The sphenoid sinus is located very close to sensitive structures like the optic nerves and parts of the brain. When it’s inflamed or obstructed, it can cause exactly the debilitating symptoms I’ve been experiencing for so long.

My ENT specialist told me clearly:
There is no medication that can fix this. I urgently need surgery — an endoscopic sphenoidotomy, septoplasty, and turbinoplasty.

Without this surgery, the symptoms will continue or get worse. With it, I have a real chance to get my life back.

Unfortunately, the operation must be done in a private hospital and the total cost is around €4,000–€4,500, which I cannot afford. I also don’t have private insurance that would cover the procedure.

This fundraiser is my only real chance to get the surgery I need.
