Help Reunite the Marines of 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines – Summer 2026 Reunion in Wyoming

We are raising funds to bring together the Marines of 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines for a long-overdue reunion in the summer of 2026, set in the beautiful and peaceful landscape of Wyoming. These men stood shoulder-to-shoulder in service to our country, and now we aim to bring them together again—not just to reconnect, but to heal, reflect, and remember.

Why This Matters

For many veterans, the transition to civilian life is filled with invisible battles—PTSD, depression, and the emotional weight of war. But research has shown that strong peer connections can be a powerful tool for healing:

• Veterans who engage regularly with other veterans report a 30% lower rate of depression and significantly reduced feelings of isolation.

• Peer support is linked to improved coping skills, stronger emotional resilience, and even lower suicide risk.

• Simply reconnecting with fellow service members can reignite a sense of purpose, identity, and belonging—something many veterans struggle to find post-service.

This reunion is more than a gathering. It’s a chance to check in, to support each other, to laugh, and to heal—together.

How Your Donation Helps

All funds raised will go directly toward covering reunion expenses including:

• Group meals, snacks, beverages 

• Venue rental 

• Any other miscellaneous expenses that may arise
