This is a family that's has worked extremely hard for over 25 years. Dad is a former first responder and Whistleblower and the family paid dearly for it. He is still pursuing major revelations and publications but as soon as that began early this year the attacks on the family immediately got intense. Joel and Amy have two girls who both have extremely difficult disabilities and as they got a little older the daily stress and complications worsened. This past year, between the attempts supress the families story, the difficult economy and the 24/7 need due to the children's disabilities, they became overwhelmed and lost everything. I mean everything. They have zero support and despite them contacting churches, charities and state programs (All of which they constantly donated large sums to and took people in to rebuild their life from) they were met with nothing but silence or minimal assistance, leaving their boat sinking with no life jackets. Today they are in a critical situation and without a large show of support from the public, big brother wins and this entire family is destroyed. We call on everyone to unite and step up to save these wonderful people abd reap the rewards of seeing what a difference you can make and what comes out of your support! Let's show them that there are still brave and kind people left in the world!

Imagine losing everything—your home, your job, your health, your support system—while trying to care for two beautiful children with special needs who struggle with behavioral problems, not understanding why this is happening. Mom and Dad physically and mentally exhausted but trying to force a reassuring smile. That’s the daily reality for Joel, Amy, and their daughters, Ariel and Arianna. They’ve hit rock bottom... and we need your help to give them a fighting chance.
The family faces a need far greater than the listed goal amount and details for just what they state is urgent are provided here. We tried to explain a full amount and goal provides them and their kids a better chance to succeed but they do not want to "ask" for much and are used to giving all freely and dont like accepting help even if circumstances are not of their making.
Immediate urgent needs identified:
Vehicle Repairs (new battery, 4 tires, starter, ball bearing, AC recharge, oil & fluids, door handle) – $1362
Safe Hotel Stay primarily for children (for 14 days while they stabilize, repair car, all get to urgent doctor care, get to childrens disabikity appointments and follow-ups for assistance and work. Currenty all programs and charities have either ignored the family, advised of wait lists or sent imformation that always leads nowhere in this city.

Medical/Dental & Special Needs Supplies (for kids & Joel’s urgent dental care if possible as that will allow him to re-enter premium work force)- $4340

moment for security purposes but plans to release this come not long
from the time they overcome this. You get a front row seat!!
Background:
Joel is a former first responder and protective
operations expert from the D.C. area. He spent years on the front
lines—sacrificing his body, mind, and heart to protect others. Amy
worked just as hard behind the scenes in tax prep and medical billing.
Together, they built a life anchored in love, resilience, and
generosity—spending decades taking in others who were down on their
luck, giving anonymously to countless families in need.
But in 2024, their world imploded.
Severe health issues, PTSD, and the emotional and financial toll of raising two daughters with extreme special needs dismantled the safety net they had spent years building. When programs and agencies failed to show up, they kept pushing forward—until they lost everything.
On Thanksgiving 2024, they found themselves sleeping in their car, clinging to each other, doing delivery gigs all day and night just to afford the next hotel room or a meal for the girls. They haven’t stopped fighting since.
Their vehicle—now their only lifeline—has broken down. Their
daughters need calm, structure, and support, but instead face days of
chaos, instability, and fear. Joel's teeth, destroyed from years of
untreated trauma-related grinding, now rob him of confidence and
prevent him from re-entering the workforce full-time.

Your donation can literally change the trajectory of this family’s life. Donations to the fund help keep them off the street, help fix their car so they can get to work or if they cannot pay a hotel this week they can all sleep in there but it needs extensive basic repair and care. It helps keep their insurance before its too late and thus keep their License. It helps feed the family and get them to work, critical appointments for medical care and in line for possible assistance when available. It literally can right many wrongs and give this family a TRUE chance to recover instead of a deeply hopeless situation. YOU are the difference and here for a reason!

Should on occasion thst be difficult considering the constant barrage of high stress days and overwhelming obstacles, there will always be one of us here to support them that can gladly share not just any signigant milestones but the evidence and positive news of such.

They often tried to ensure regularly that all the giving they did never led back to them as they do it because they feel that is what truly matters in the end and the real calling. Should they had saved all those years where they chose insted to give or take others in, they would be living peacefully and luxuriousy never facing something such as this. Instead of being rewarded they suffer and quickly are abandoned by all once they see they cannot give anymore. This cannot stand or be an end result where evil wins.
