Reserve the dates of Friday September 2 and Saturday September 3 for the First Annual Punching and Pedal for Paws event to benefit Guardian Angel Pet Rescue in Memphis, TN.

Friday night Sept. 2nd from 6pm to 8pm come punch it out at 9Round Kickboxing in Cordova with DJ Breezy, Ultimate Foods, Menchies Yogurt and Guardian Angel Pet Rescue.

Saturday afternoon at 1:30 come pedal it out at CycleBar in Germantown and drinks after. It's a great sweat combo if you have never tried one, you should try both!

Price is $45 for both Friday and Saturday events or $25 for CycleBar and $25 for 9Round Kickboxing Fitness. You can sign up for CycleBar only at CycleBar Only $25
