In the wake of **Hurricane Melissa**, Bluefields Organic Farm—a vital hub of healing, education, and sustainability on Jamaica’s south coast—has been devastated. Yet, amid the destruction, our purpose is unwavering: to serve, rebuild, and reconnect our community.

When the hurricane took down power lines (JPS) and collapsed internet services (Digicel & Flow), our farm became a crucial beacon of hope. Thanks to our Starlink connection and surviving solar power, we've been able to:-
- Provide Wi-Fi to families desperate to contact loved ones.
- Offer power for charging phones and essential devices.
- Share critical updates from isolated communities.
But now, this lifeline is at risk. Our solar panels were severely damaged. Without immediate replacement, we will lose the power needed to keep our community connected.

🌞 Our Immediate Goal: Restore Power & Communication
We are urgently seeking USD $5,500 to replace the damaged solar panels and restore our renewable energy system.
This funding will allow us to:
✅ Maintain communication access for residents and nearby communities.
✅ Provide free charging for phones and devices.
✅ Continue our core programs in organic farming, youth education, and community healing.
✅ Strengthen the farm as a hub of hope and connection in Westmoreland.

- Part of our livestock.
