Hi, my name is Kay Duiker, and I’m reaching out to you with excitement and a heartfelt request for support. After spending over 10 years building a career in marketing, I’ve come to a pivotal moment in my life where I would like to do something more purposeful—something that will have a lasting impact on the lives of others.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of making a real impact by becoming a doctor. This dream has taken root in my heart, and I now have the incredible opportunity to study at Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de La Habana (UCMH).
However, securing funding has been difficult, especially because most bursaries are restricted by age, often leaving mature students like me without support. Currently, this pursuit to see my dream become a reality is self-funded, and I’m reaching out for your help to make this dream a reality. Below is a breakdown of the funds I need to raise:
