Hi, we are Kenzie & Andrew Braden.
We have been in an ongoing family crisis, ever since we were forced into homelessness, almost a year ago. This events are being illegally kicked out by Kenzie's "dad's" house, victims of account lock out fraud, intentional false allegations of child abuse, and neglect from the Department of Job & Family Services by medically kidnapping our son. We are in desperate need of legal assistance, and funds for legal fees. We are headed to Washington DC and would love a full tank of gas, meal, or hotel while we are headed into the US Capital to expose Ohio County Level Corruptions, seek legal assistance to get our son in physical custody, and begin to serve justice to where it is so.
It is a long story, so please Bless our family by donating any finances, guidance, wisdom, and of course, prayers. Please feel free to share this link with a friend or family member, even if it is just to discuss our situation. We must spread this as much as possible so we are not a random family that gets lost in the system. WE ARE NOT LEAVING WASHINGTON DC UNTIL WE ST HELP, ANSWERS, CLOSURE, AND JUSTICE TO THE ONES DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE IN TAKING ACTIONS TO RUIN OUR FAMILY'S LIFE.
God Bless.

Our marriage began during Kenzie's final semester of college at Eastern Kentucky University around the time we found out we were pregnant. The summer following Kenzie's graduation, bachelor's of music, performing; 3.7 GPA. Kenzie's "dad" (Bill) put an illegal eviction on both Andrew and Kenzie, stating that their marriage is the reason for a request to vacate. This is a direct violation of Kentucky's CARES Act; the judge simply did not care.
Throughout this whole process, Bill withdrew Kenzie's whole savings account and vehicle that she worked for. This resulted in Kenzie having to work a forklift job that required bending up and down all day instead of having efficient and safe transportation for the expecting family. This also happened on a day where Andrew started his first day at a new company. Andrew was constantly removed from his workstation due to the stress that bill put on Kenzie while he was away from her. This resulted to unstable income and savings while bill was abusing the court system, intentionally plotting on making the two newlyweds homeless, merely two months after Kenzie officially graduated college. It was also put a restraining order against Andrew because he was offended by the severity of disgust that he has put on his daughter. This happened One night after Bill arrived home drunk, immediately after he obtained his license an ability to drive after obtaining a DUI. Bill physically had rammed Andrew, yet uses the reaction Andrew had to his physical contact as "evidence" to why he is 'scared'. Andrew never made physical contact with Bill, but there was doctored evidence of of Andrew spitting in Bill's face, that was obviously a different frequency then the rest of the video. Yet, the court still played corrupt and Kenzie and Andrew were compliant and leaving the house in Northern Kentucky and left to Southern Ohio.
Before Bill wrote his own narrative about his son-in-law, she promised to pay for all the prenatal care visits, has Kenzie was still on his insurance. Kenzie is now in medical collection debt for $6,000.
Kenzie and Andrew went through the last 17 weeks of their pregnancy by living in hotels. They were shorted $3,000 with their tax refunds in 2022, and another $3, 125 in 2023. Andrew was reported dead to all three credit bureaus while paying Experian for identity protection. Andrew was also fraud out of a USAA claim that was a fender bender to which the other party admitted fault. USAA claimed and reported $8,000 on Andrew's record, resulting insane insurance rates.
August 31st, the expecting parents settled in Ohio, they applied for state benefits within the month, in Kenzie got a sit-down job as a call center specialist within 2 weeks of living there. Well Kenzie was at work, Andrew was trying to figure out how to keep his identity alive online. This was happening while we were making $500/week I'm paying $475/week to live in a hotel. Ohio determined that the family was only eligible for Medicaid 45 days after application, stating that they were a pregnant family. Ohio has a regulation of 30 days to make a determination of eligibility for State Benefits, and the family receive notice 5 days before the baby was born that they can utilize public health care. The couple was denied for cash assistance and food stamps because they surpassed the income limit for two people. The state of Ohio did not recognize a fetus as a child in the household for benefits, yet this was the main reason (lack of prenatal care) is why the hospital decided to further investigate JESUS' physical condition, bridging Child Protective Services to intervene in the family's life.
