Dear friends (or friends of friends…)

You may or may not know that less than 2 months ago Karen Harmsworth was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Because the prognosis is very bleak in Canada, she quickly looked for another way and made the choice to travel to Mexico for treatment.
