My name is Jayme, and my boyfriend has been in jail for over 6 months, and has trial in June, so if I don't get him a paid attorney, then he will go to prison for life... He doesn't deserve any of this, just need some help to get started. My boyfriend got set up by his own family and I have stacks of evidence that he didn't do anything wrong and the family, themselves said that he didn't send any of that and they made it up and the dad doesn't remember anything at all because they were on drugs at the time, Chloe is the 16 year old which is his little cousin, that said they were talking on Facebook and he sent her pictures of himself. Chloe's dad gave her drugs and my boyfriend was trying to stop it and the dad didn't like it so him and Michael got into a big fight after that, that's when they set him up because his daughter and him have Michael's laptops and phone to make it look like he sent bad pictures of himself to her. She kept switching her story multiple times basically hating him then saying she loves him and she wants him out and she didn't do anything wrong. She started to go along with everything and is making things worse because she found out he was dating me and doesn't want anything to do with her and never liked her like that because she's his little cousin and he was just trying to keep her from trouble and messing her life up and she took it a whole different way. Michael's court got rescheduled multiple times, I've tried getting a hold of his appointed attorney so many times, he either was home sick or he had to leave his office early every time I tried meeting up with him and introduce myself and go over the evidence papers. He didn't want to discuss anything with me and never tried getting a hold of Michael in jail or help with anything having to do with his case, and also didn't show up to the first few court dates. March 8th was the preliminary hearing and his attorney's actions and words made it clear he was against Michael, automatically thinks Michael is guilty and like I said nobody knows Michael's side of what happened, and I feel if I get a paid attorney for him then most likely his evidence will finally be heard and shown for the first time so we at least know that we stood up for what is right, what we believe in, and we tried our very best to be heard and understood. I'm hoping someone out there, will contribute and help me get Michael his freedom back. Thank you
