Fine Arts Forward seeks to fill some of the voids of public K-12 arts education, such as students seeking information on how to pursue arts careers but lack money, resources, educators, or more to obtain such knowledge; our goal is to prioritize Black and other creatives of color. We're looking to provide open-sourced and free information about a variety of art careers utilizing the knowledge of our network of creatives.
We are sponsoring four deserving senior theatre students of Marshall High School in Fort Bend ISD. They have varying collegiate, artistic, and personal interests. By supporting these students, you the donor help to realize the goals and dreams of incredible students. Many of the decisions made after high school have long-term, if not life-long impacts on us; we wish to provide the best possible options and exposures to these students to lessen the burden of making these choices.

- Inducted into the National Honors Society
- Participant of the Texas Academic Decathlon
- President of their Thespian Troupe
- Interest in pursuing acting, specifically film, in Los Angeles
P.G.
- Inducted into the National Honors Society
- Member of Future Farmers of America (FFA)
- Interested in pursuing musical theatre with several colleges interested in her; Texas State is her first choice
B.M.
- Vice President of their Thespian Troupe
- Dedicated martial artists with multiple belts across fighting disciplines
- Interests in acting, stage combat, and film stunt work
C.J.
- Senior Lieutenant on the high school dance team
- Small business owner with interest in pursuing social media marketing and modeling
100% of donations will support the collegiate and creative needs of these seniors.
Within a year, we've helped 25 students and emerging professionals by connecting them with working professionals for advice and questioning, guidance choosing college programs, as well as helping students put together resumes, admissions materials, and audition materials. We are also devoted to dismantling colonial practices of all kinds from the way we're structured and to what we provide our audience. This is our first attempt to provide fiscal sponsorships to students for development such as funding college application fees and campus visits, funding studio space rental, purchasing art supplies, and overall giving directly to emerging artists in need.
