This event is for players of Empire LRP only.
Submit your OC name, IC name, PID, and Nation.
A full day, over two floors, with private booths for games and deals (if you have it, bring your IC currency!) and a main area for singing, dancing and chatting.

That being said, this is not a plot event! It is not sanctioned and will have no combat - please don't bring weapons! This is a social with a subtle Autumn theme, set in Dawn in the Empire LRP universe.

The reason for using this service is that it doesn't take a commission, meaning all your money goes towards the event, bar a small PayPal charge.
UPDATE: turns out there are optional fees. A PayPal
transaction fee and a platform fee. You can opt out of the platform
fee if you would like to. We would ask you to pay the PayPal fee if
you can, as it will otherwise come out of the fundraiser.
The venue requires the full hire amount up front. This means if this campaign doesn't hit it's goal, all money will be refunded and the event will not go ahead.
This is a not-for-profit event. All of the money will be going towards putting on this event. Paying for venue hire and expenses. These expenses will include a ticket for the two organisers Hedley and Beth, as well as everything needed to transform the venue into a Dawnish tavern. Any left over money will be spent adding extras to the event such as drink vouchers and/ or food.
The bulk of the food and drink will be purchasable on site. The venue has a full bar and food, such as pizzas available.
