Hello! We are Moon and Noah, a Black and Asian queer, trans, physically and mentally disabled couple, who greatly desire a tiny home and land to farm. We are starting this fundraisor not just for us; but our collective community (and friends!) we aim to build with and for. This would mean security for us, and our loved ones, in ways we've never known, deeply desire and feel we deserve.

We have been working with our communities and what we are learning is we are all collectively tired. We are tired from capitalism, misogyny, transphobia, racism, homophobia and ableism. We as a community need collective healing. And the best way, the only way we know how, is to build community with ourselves.

We have been doing this for centuries and it is how we've always survived. By leaning into each other, by relying on each other and by caring for each other. We are asking that you help care for us again. We are tired and we want better and more for ourselves, our loved ones and our communities.

We do not want to only know fight and revolution; but also peace and rest. We want to build a community for us, by us, so we can collectively rest. We would like to create a community, centered on collective responsibility and community care. We would like to buy land for us to sustain ourselves and heal our people. This land would act as a community farm and retreat to heal the communities we come from. We would like to grow food for ourselves, our loved ones and redistribute the rest within our community. We would like to use any profits we make to fund initiatives close to our hearts and free our people. We would center Black and Indigenous people, trans and gender non conforming people, disabled people, and all those who need extra love, support and healing.

Our farm would be structured very different from traditional farms. We would like to make 2 food forests; one for us to eat and another for profit to sustain our farm and community. We want a visitors cabin for people to come, learn and heal with us. This would also be a way for Black and Indigenous peoples to have collective land ownership. We would want all people who live on our land to have collective ownership; with the land staying  in community once we pass. We hope to make a community that can be sustained for generations, through our collective effort, love and care for each other and our environment. These are just a few short and long term goals we have for this space.

We know it is not through me; but through we. Anything, even this wild dream; is possible, through the help of our communties. Please remember anything you give will go a long way.

We would be using the money donated to:
1. Put a downpayment on a tiny home for us to live in
2. Put a downpayment on land
3. Use the remaining for start up costs like: greenhouse building, grow lights for winter, tempature and humidity control.

We will have full transparency of funds detailing where funds go as building/land acquisition is underway.
