Meet Amiya Barrett (remember the name). She is an amazing inspiring gymanst. Just at the tender age of 10 years old, she has accomplished so much, to include securing the Bronze Medal at the Level 5 Texas State Championships last year. It's quite amazing to to see how dedicated she's become to this challenging sport at such a young age. As the oldest of 3 siblings, full time student, and a level 6 gymnast, Amiya definitely has her little hands full! We normally joke and say that she has a full time job that doesn't pay. Even with all her responsibilities, she still manages to be a straight A student and holds her position in the Gifted and Talented program. Proud is an understatement!

This year is her first year competeting as an optional gymnast, and if someone would have told us the costs related to this sport, we probably would have went the chess club route. Between coaches fees, choreography fees, traveling fees, uniform fees, on top of monthly tuition, it has become a lot! We are asking for your support this competition season.
