We are Khondakar Abdur Rahim and Masud Rana. We have started this initiative to stand beside our dear friend, Mizanur Rahman, and his family during this difficult time.

On April 17, Mizanur Rahman, a father of three, was seriously injured in a tragic car accident. He was rushed to the hospital and underwent a long surgery. He is currently slowly recovering. According to doctors, it may take more than a year for him to fully recover.

During this difficult time, his family is facing a major financial crisis, as Mizanur was the only breadwinner in the family. There is a long road of treatment and rehabilitation ahead. So, we are all trying to help his family a little bit—at least so that they don’t have to worry too much about the cost of treatment and daily living.

• Daily living expenses for his wife and children
