On July 18th, Travis was badly hurt in a welding accident, when a tank exploded. The explosion left him with severe injuries, including a fractured skull and 3rd and 4th-degree burns on much of the left side of his body. He was life-flighted to the Burn Center in Salt Lake City, UT, for treatment.
Travis is a dedicated husband, father to five children, and one of the hardest-working men we know. If you know the Clyde family at all, you know the entire family works hard, and they're some of the most generous people out there. They're always willing to help anyone in need, and now, they need our help.
At this point, we don't know what Travis's limitations will be, due to his injuries. While we're hopeful for a good recovery, we do know that will take time. It will require multiple surgeries and skin grafts, and a lengthy stay at the Burn Center.
Additionally, with the need to travel back and forth between Wyoming and Utah, the cost is already adding up, and will continue to do so! We've created this fundraiser to help offset the extra bills and expenses they will be incurring during this difficult season.
