Thank you so much for visiting my Fundrazr page. My name is Andrea “The Boss” Medina, I'm 15 years old from San Diego, California and I'm your 2020 Olympic hopeful for women's boxing. 

I am a hard working and dedicated person and I am eager to make my family, friends, fans and supporters very proud. I'm 3 weeks away from a very important tournament of my life and training is more crucial and more time consuming than ever. I have recently won the 2015 Regional Junior Olympic Championships and I will now be advancing and competing at the 2015 USA Boxing Junior Olympic National Tournament held in Charleston, West Virginia which will be contested June 8th-13th 2015. I won the gold medal in 2014 at 125 pounds. I'm now looking to bring my second gold medal back home and looking to make the number one seed at 132 pounds.

Amateur boxing is not a very high profile sport and the funding for competition is very limited. I need your help, support and assistance in raising funds for traveling expenses which consists of hotel, airfare and food. Know that your help, support and all your contributions, big or small, are so highly appreciated which will make a huge difference in my life.

I want to thank all who helped and supported me financially in my last tournament at the 2015 youth open. Thanks to you I was able to bring home the bronze medal.
