I am writing to explain the financial difficulties I have been experiencing following a serious medical emergency last year.

Last year, I almost lost my life after suffering a severe haemorrhage which caused significant blood loss and resulted in me having a seizure. Since then, my health and recovery have had a major impact on my daily life and finances.

Due to my medical condition and recovery, I have been off work on sick leave for an extended period of time. This has caused a substantial reduction in my income, and I have unfortunately fallen far behind on household bills and essential living costs.

I am currently struggling financially and finding it difficult to afford basic necessities, including food and everyday essentials. I also have a daughter to care for, and the situation has become so severe that I personally have not eaten in two days in order to try and make what little money I have stretch further. The stress of trying to manage my finances while recovering from such a traumatic experience has been overwhelming.

I would be extremely grateful if my circumstances could be taken into consideration and if any support, assistance, payment arrangement, or hardship help available could be offered.
