Hi there!

I’m from a small country called Estonia, and my dream is to restore our old countryside family house into a real home where my growing family can live safely and peacefully.

Right now, we are living in a rental apartment, but housing prices and rent keep going up, and we can barely keep up. Restoring the old family house is not only more affordable – it’s a chance to build a true home, with roots, history, and space for our kids and pets.

At the moment, we have one amazing child, and another baby on the way. We also live with two cats and two dogs – so a peaceful place surrounded by nature is all we really wish for.

The house needs full renovation, including:

• proper insulation (winters here can be freezing),
• updated plumbing and sewage,
• safe electricity,
• and basic interior work to make it livable.
