UPDATE: Nicole has made it safely through surgery!
On Monday, June 25th Nicole Giersdorf was being treated for a
constant migraine. Her doctor ordered a CT scan which led to finding
the mass on her brain and has now ordered an MRI. The mass is needing
to be removed immediately. Surgery is intended for July 6th.
Nicole is a loving Mother of 4 children, caring sister, wonderful aunt and a supportive charismatic fun loving person.
With her surgery the doctors are predicting she is going to need to be hospitalized for 5 days and out of work for 30-45 days. Compounding this is the stress that Nicole recently separated from a bad relationship. She has the added financial burden of medical and living expenses to handle on her own while taking the required time off of work without pay.
The weeks and months ahead will be challenging both emotionally and financially as the medical necessities for Nicole beyond surgery are still unknown . We first ask for prayers for Nicole's treatment and recovery. Additionally, we would like to help ease some of the financial burden and show Nicole how many people love and support her.
