Hi, my name is David, and I'm a single father of 2 boys. Fayte 8yrs and Leo 7yrs. I recently lost my job and now we have lost our home and everything in it. I've reached out to every resource in my area and there's no funding. We have good family friends in alaska that has us all set up with a place to stay and a job and a sitter. I've tried everything I can to get us there but it's been fruitless. I don't want to lose my children to the system because I couldn't get them into a home or because I can't take care of them. I'm all they have and they're all I have. My family can't help us so here I am. I'm trying everything I can. I hate doing this but when it comes to your kids, you will do anything to make sure they're ok. We're bouncing from place to place and I'm not able to find work here because of no sitter and having to be there since I'm the only one to pick them up and take them to school. I we have no support here but in alaska we do. I pray every night that we can make this happen. If you cam find it in your heart to help us, please do. I don't want to completely fail them.
