A couple of weeks ago little Tigger found himself in the shelter. His previous owner's did the right thing and brought him there after he was attacked by a larger dog and they could not afford his vet care. 

While lookong for rescue, the shelter director immediately took him to the vet where they started treating his severely infected wounds, deworming, and treating his demodex. 

Lucky for him a few people stepped up to take him and upon further evaluation under sedation it was found that his bottom jaw had been crushed on one side and he had multiple skull fractures. He underwent a 3 hour surgery to remove the dead bone from his jaw and sides of his face, flush the infection out, and wire his jaw back together. 

Despite all this 10 week old puppy had been through he never stopped wagging his tail and giving kisses..even when the kisses were so gross

He is currently under the care of Cypress Lake Animal Hospital in Prairieville, La and all donations will go directly to his bill!
