We are trying to raise money to gain proper legal representation for my son.
He has been falsely accused of a heinous crime (rape), he is currently on parole for drug related charges. These false allegations (with a great deal of proof showing otherwise) have destroyed everything he has worked to accomplish and halted the relationship he was building with his newly discovered son.
James made some mistakes when he was younger. James fell into some bad situations and unltimately ended up going to jail for drug possession. He went to jail, got clean, (has been clean for 3 years and 8 months) and started thinking about the possible child he had.
James reached out to Emily while he was in jail, inquiring as to who she thought The father was. When she told him I believed HE was the father, he turned his life around. THIS WAS HIS DRIVING FACTOR and when he got out, we had it DNA confirmed.
He is now clean for over three years, a talented chef, and a more active part of his sons life.
After years of hard work, HE WAS FINALLY TOLD HE WAS ALLOWED TO FLY ACROSS STATE TO MEET HIS SON THIS CHRISTMAS!!
Naturally, this would be the time that something would go wrong.
When hanging out with a friend, this “friend” found themselves in a position where they were not being looked upon in good light. To maintain their appearances, they choose the easiest victim as a way out. Said person, placed horrible allegations against James to cover their own misgiving and redirect the attention off of themselves.
James’s family has gathered a large amount of evidence for court, showing that there is no feasible way this could have happened. That being said, they’re looking at having to pay tens of thousands of dollars to prove his innocence! The claims are INCREDIBLY ridiculous, to the point where most people would be questioning the validity of the claim, were they made against someone with no criminal record.
Since he is on parole (even though doing awesome!), they do not take chances. He was arrested without question and is now awaiting court so he can defend himself.
To make matters worse, he was slandered over social media in a way that will destroy someone life.
James is forced back to jail for months, awaiting a trial that will cost tens of thousands to prove he’s innocent. I am confident he did nothing wrong and that will be proven. Sadly, the people who posted on social media, before even knowing what was going on, have already done their damage.
We are asking for any donations to help with the legal fees. As these are serious accusations and he is already on parole, We are hiring an attorney who is highly recommend and experienced in that field. We will not allow him to go down for something he did not do and we ask you to do what you can to help!
In addition, when he is proven innocent, we will be pushing to file charges for the false allegations and online defamation still currently happening!!
No one should have to suffer for someone else’s misgivings.
