I’m excited about a new adventure that I am lucky to be a participant. I have the opportunity to go to Cusco and Puerto Maldonado, Peru to help build an orphanage for the people of the region. The team trip is scheduled for April 2 through April 15, 2016 --but, personally will be there to help for one week.

This is a new orphanage to be built and located just inside the jungle, in the South Eastern part of Peru near the Bolivia border. There will be housing, a medical facility and a school. What an awesome way to give these kids a second chance in life to be educated and make a better life for themselves. They can grow, create opportunities and have a means to help others with their education. 

As you can imagine a trip like this requires financial support. I will need to raise $1,500 by January 1, 2016 then another $500 by March 1, 2016 to cover the expenses for airfare, freight cost to ship gear to live/work in the jungle and supplies to be donated to the orphanage.
