Hello, I am Quintin Harris.

I have been studying classical piano for 7 years now and have recently started studying jazz and blues piano as well.

My mother started teaching me when I was 8 years old and since then I have been performing in various recital venues such as Steinway Hall & Faust Harrison in New York City.  My passions on the stage are not just limited to piano but to singing as well. I was recently a finalist in the Yonkers Junior Idol Competition, one of 6 selected out of a couple of hundred applicants. I have been singing with my family for as long as I can remember. My first professional role was as the Lord High Drummer Boy in Gilbert & Sullivan's The Gondoliers alongside my father who was playing the Duke of Plaza Toro. I was just a little tyke at 5 years old.  I will be performing the hysterically funny role of Maximillian in an upcoming production of Bernstein's Candide next month. I have had many wonderful opportunities in music and theater. I studied acting and improv with many great teachers and have had acting intensives at both HB Studios and The Wooster Group.
This international music festival in Narni, Italy will be my first intensive music festival experience. I feel like it is about time I study piano as seriously as something like this!
