****HELP SAVE SHEBA'S LEG***** THIS BABY IS AT HERNANDO COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES IN BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA.  SHEBA NEEDS VET CARE ASAP TO REPAIR HER BROKEN LEG!  DONATE NOW SO SHE CAN HAVE THE SURGERY SHE NEEDS!  SHARE! SHARE!

From Hernando County Animal Services Staff:

Dear Facebook Friends and Followers,

I would like to introduce you to Sheba. Sheba is a 9 month old, female, German Shep. mix. Sheba was brought into our facility on 2-10-14 non-weight bearing on her left rear leg with significant swelling noted in the femoral area. Sheba was sent to Hillsborough Community College for x-rays and it was found that Sheba has a transverse fracture of the diaphysis of the femur. Sheba needs surgery done on this leg immediately before any callus begins to form. Sheba is a wonderful, sweet girl who is highly adoptable.

Hernando County Animal Services has contacted Dr. Callum Hay at Veterinary Surgical Services and he has graciously agreed to help Sheba and HCAS. We here at the shelter have raised part of the monies needed to repair her leg but we are short $500.
