Naomi Button has not seen or heard from her daughter Elsa since a family visit to Egypt in December 2011. Elsa, who turned six on 2nd February 2013, was snatched by her father Tamer Salama, who is in jail in England for failing to comply with court orders to return Elsa to her mother.

In response to a worldwide media campaign, hundreds of people have asked how they can support and extend the search in Egypt to secure Elsa's safe return home.

Naomi has been overwhelmed by these kind offers of support and financial help to find Elsa. A fund has now been launched so that people may make donations if they wish. These donations will be invaluable to widen the search in Egypt, enabling Naomi to fund investigations, pay for search costs, cover the costs of media coverage in Egypt and bring Elsa home.

In the event that there are funds remaining once Elsa has been returned safely home, it is intended that those funds will be used to help locate other missing children who find themselves in a similar position to Elsa.

We will update donors regularly with feedback on how funds are being used.
