A New Beginning After a Bad Experience

Hello, my name is Evelyn, but people call me Evy. I'm sharing this personally because I want to be as transparent as possible. I want to do things right, and I hope you can help me. Here's my story: I'm an educational promoter in Peru, working with children from low-income families. I'm paid minimum wage, and a few weeks ago, I got involved in a supposed project that required investment. You gave a certain amount of money, and they would give you double. It was supposedly an energy purchase. I trusted them because the person who introduced me to it seemed trustworthy. I lent money, all my savings, and even lent my mother a large sum, convinced that the money would be back in a month and I'd pay her back even more. Then the company supposedly disappeared, and all the people involved were AI-generated. We filed a complaint, but they closed the case. Now I'm struggling to recover financially because I'm in debt. I've cried for days and nights; I feel like a failure. I haven't been able to sleep, I've cried to God asking Him to help me get out of this situation. I won't have a good Christmas, nor will I be able to give gifts to my students. My future is ruined.
