UPDATE 8/29/2025:
So Eli is now threatening to drag me into civil court in Florida for “malicious prosecution”—a claim he doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on. On top of that, he’s endlessly waving around this supposed 500-page federal case he hasn’t actually filed, like it’s the next great American novel. Real talk: the odds of that ever getting accepted, let alone reaching a courtroom, are about as slim as his chances of winning anything.
What makes this even more telling is how he describes his own plan: to “bankrupt me” (yes, that’s a direct quote), all while chuckling to himself about causing me financial harm. That’s not legal strategy—that’s harassment.
Elias Melas has made a second career out of broadcasting his delusions on YouTube, blaming me for every failure he’s stacked up in fifty years of missed shots. The jealousy, the obsession, the threats—they’re all part of why I’ve had to take real legal steps to protect myself.

Legal Defense against Elias Melas in Redwood City, CA
This is a Legal Defense Fund against Elias D. Melas, a FAKE life coach who goes by "(GNA) Genuine Personal Development" on YouTube for ILLEGALLY striking down my YouTube channel "Showtime Lycan" for exercising my right to FAIR USE commentary as per the first amendment. This will be brought in front of a judge in a CCB hearing.
Elias Melas has violated Florida's anti-SLAPP laws, formally
titled the "Strategic Lawsuits Against Public
Participation" law. This law aims to protect individuals from
lawsuits filed to intimidate them for exercising their
constitutional rights of free speech and petition. It provides a
mechanism for defendants to seek early dismissal of such lawsuits.
I will not stop until Eli learns his lesson and stops abusing
the Copyright system to silence his critics. Please donate and I
